Trust in decisions. Value knowledge, experience and skills.
Know that people are experts in their own lives.

Integrity. Always speak positively of clients, colleagues and suppliers.
Respect what people are trying to achieve in their lives. Recognise their goals and desires.

Take the time to listen, as well as every opportunity to get to know the project scope and how it relates to your goals.

From vision through to production and being responsible for actions, solutions are developed and delivered with minimal fuss and confusion.
Ensure you are always on time, otherwise provide substantial warning.

Good design is inspiring.
Other interests stimulate and complement life, and help to create compelling, clever and fun solutions.
MOTIVATED
Be proactive, willing to learn, and enjoy promoting good design.
Be a change agent, make moves to offer suggestions, and instigate improvements. Make a noise if something is bugging you or if you notice something not to your liking.

Be confident in your abilities and never shy away from a challenge.
